It doesnt have any information for the very Jewish Los Angeles, California area and very Jewish Queens, New York area. It has a potential to be great in time when more synagogues, restaurants, hotels, and other locations are reported to this app. Ill be nice and give it a four star rating with hopes it grows in time. Beautiful site layout.
Touts it self as being the "..most comprehensive list of shuls.." Reality: Its a comprehensive list of Fundamentalist shuls.. Developer, I suggest you change your app description and tell it like it is- Honesty gets you more stars, deluded religious superiority gets you nada.
For starters, the app is very very slow. It frequently does not respond to attempts to switch to a different tab and frequently displays a loading symbol as if it is pulling all of its information from a slow web server. Second, a lot of the information is outdated or incomplete. Rabbis who died are still listed, Shuls that closed are listed, Shuls that moved more than 5 years ago are still in the wrong place and some location markers are in the wrong place altogether.
Pretty good for a start, I only hope that they update soon & often.
Great idea, but..........Way too slow...many times it doesnt respond and just freezes. Needs a MAJOR update in order for me to keep using this app
